This policy explains how Sterling Mack, doing business as I Hate Sterling Mack Ads ("I", "me"), collects and uses information when you visit sterlingmack.com, contact me, or submit a form through one of my Facebook or Instagram ads. I provide Meta advertising management services to businesses.
• Contact details you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name or website.
• Information you share about your business and ads, such as your goals, budget, or access to your Meta ad account if you choose to grant it.
• Answers you give in a lead form or contact form.
• Basic website usage data collected by tools like the Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and how you found the site.
• To reply to your request, review your ad account, and talk with you about my services.
• To provide the advertising services you hire me for.
• To send you information you asked for. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve my own website and ads.
I do not sell your information. I only share it with service providers that help me run my business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, and advertising platforms, and only so they can do that work for me. I may also share information if required by law.
If you give me access to your Meta ad account, I only use that access to review and manage your ads as you agreed. I do not use your account data for any other purpose, and you can remove my access at any time from your Meta Business settings.
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide services, or as required by law.
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your information, or ask me to stop contacting you. Just email or text me and I will take care of it.
